I LOVE all things Disney. I really do. It makes my inner 12 year-old girl blissfully happy lol.
I especially love Ariel and The Little Mermaid is in my top 5 favorite Disney movies. Who isn’t a fan of the cute red-head mermaid with the gorgeous voice? (That, and Prince Eric is hot!)
And I’ve been jamming to Disney music all day, hence the inspiration for the post. I wanted to take Ariel and Eric, modernize them a bit, while still trying to channel their original looks. (Btw, Rathe is still mad at me for making him wear skinny jeans. LOL!) They ended up a bit darker in editing than I wanted but oh well. Note to check next time lol.

(I’m not big on boy bands but I thought this was cute and funny. I’m amused that a boy band is the answer to a broken heart)
I’m so sad to see our lovely color challenge go. It’s been a wonderful two years and I’ve met so many amazing people during this time. To this poor little upstart blogger, it gave me a chance to watch and learn from those of you who have been around the blogging sphere for awhile. While giving me something to blog on a weekly basis, it also gave me an education in style, photography and in blogging. Even with the scrambling to find the right color and put together a cohesive outfit, I enjoyed every bit of this challenge.
Thank you to Luna for inspiring us with all these beautiful and interesting colors and to all those I’ve met during the course of this challenge. Hugs and love to you all! I hope you have a fantastic Christmas and a safe and happy new year!
While I tend to dress fairly casual and comfortable, I absolutely love getting all dolled up for parties and special occasions, both in SL and RL. With the holidays here, I’m on the hunt for the perfect party outfit for a night out on the town with my sweetie.
The RFL Christmas Expo is officially open with plenty of places to shop for gorgeous holiday outfits whether you’re in the mood for something fabulously high fashion or cute and flirty. I picked up a little bit of everything. I figure if I’m shopping for a good cause, it’s a bit easier for me to part with my lindens. Again, sorry if I’m overwhelming you with pictures, I just get so excited sometimes I can’t help it.
Not entirely sure how this is different from regular aqua but as I’ve said many times over, I’m no color expert so Aqua Island it is! I suppose it’s probably a paint color or some such like that.
I’ve been in a bit of a sassy, sexy mood lately and if you saw my last post, you’d notice that. *blushes* So here is my rather sexy Aqua Island. Sorry it’s a bit pic heavy this week but I wanted to show off the poses and the hair.
